Adam Neff currently serves as Assistant chief of training and operations at the Nixa Fire Protection District in SW Missouri. Adam's fire service career started 28 years ago as a cadet volunteer and still loves going to fires. He has worked his way up the ranks serving in the capacity of a firefighter, driver operator, company officer, and battalion chief. Adam holds a Chief Fire Officer Designation from the Center of Public Safety an Associate’s degree in Fire Service Administration, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, a Master’s degree in Emergency Services Management, and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Adam has presented at regional and national conferences on personal development and leadership. Adam is a founding member of the Ozark Mountain F.O.O.L.S and is the founder of the Springfield Area Memorial Stair Climb.
