Today I get to talk to Battalion Chief Tony Carroll of D.C. Fire. We talk about the ISFSI, special background checks for some of their personnel, what its like being a firefighter responding to the Capitol and White House. We also talk about the Capitol riots and how his department dealt with that. He speaks candidly about his close call when he fell down a elevator shaft in a fire.
