This might be the hardest thing to overcome. Because, you don’t say it until the opportunity as gone and passed. We’ve all felt it, what if I would of talked to 10 people today about real estate. What if I would have made that follow up call?...Would I have sold them a house by now? I don’t know about you, but those 2 words kills me inside every time I say it because I know if I would have just done what I know will get me closer to my goals, I would be one step closer than behind.
