I this episode I will go over my “ FSBO Script”. I have been using this script since I was a ISA. This script is designed to get you in the door of FSBOs and start the nurturing process. FSBO’s are not a one day turn around, most of them eating 30-90 days before interview agents, but they all will at some point. The goal is to be on top of their mind when they decide to do so!
