Everyone has this one thing they are special in. Help that one thing play to your advantage. Choosing a niche in your market will set you up as an expert in your area. This is done by focusing all or most of your effort on one segment of the market. I’m not saying don’t sell homes if it’s outside your niche...Sell them all!
