Sometimes we need that little push, that extra little bump to get through the day. Sometimes we need a little encouragement to start something new, to chase that dream. Sometimes we need to be reminded that the little voice in the back of your head saying you aren't good enough is dead wrong. 3 Minutes of Motivation is my attempt to be a positive voice in your already busy everyday life.
