- All Delta-X are now controlled
- Hemp products must be tested for THC content (which must be below 0.3%) as well as for contaminants.  The testing levels for contaminants are the same as for cannabis. Remediation of industrial hemp product batches will be possible.
- Language implemented to allow for the future incorporation of hemp cannabinoids into the cannabis supply chain 
- Prohibits the sale of inhalable hemp products within the state until regulations for them are created.
