Have you ever had sushi at 3 AM? Whether it came from your refrigerator as leftovers from the day before, or as a craving that put your life in danger when you realized the only way you could get it was to ride the subway and hope that there would be something open when you stepped out, 3 AM sushi is never a great idea.
