Find the time to discover what you like to do, who like to do it with and then go do it!!
Recovery can take us back on a path finding our old loved interests or help us discover new ones. Take time to explore hobbies and healthy ways to occupy your time. Get out of your comfort zone and spend time with new people.
If you are focused on something else, it will be harder to find the time to gamble.
