452- Be Present!
It really is a gift to be present. I personally have been getting myself all stressed about the future.
Some focus too much on the past and it keeps them wanting to stay in the cycle of addiction.
Either way, the present is what we should be enjoying, appreciating and accepting as the only thing we can control.
