When is the last time you played jump rope or Chinese checkers? When is the last time you played to play like a child and not because there was money or stakes riding on it?
We need to play as part of our recovery and to increase our chances of staying sober in our addictions. We need the release and joy that comes from playing. Don't rob yourself of it.
