193 [AM84] Coping While Cooped
Today's reading discusses how bad days fit into our life and our recovery. My way of looking at it is to change my "Addictude" to Gratitude. My personal addictude is when I am acting selfish and foul, bitchy, and short-tempered, basically exhibiting qualities that I show when I am entrenched in the betting version of me.
We need to recognize our bad days as opportunities to grow.
