How do you define HAPPINESS? What does HAPPINESS mean to you? We all have a different definitions of things, and of course, HAPPINESS. For some, it may be as simple as family gatherings, and spending time with their loved ones, while for some people it can be anything material. Join me as we discover ways to find our true happiness.
In today's episode of The 3-21 NoKiddin', I chatted with Vicki Le Mere. She is the author of the book “Saving Face.” Vicki believes all women can look and feel great as they age without plastic surgery.
During our discussion, she shared some of her secrets to a lifelong journey of struggles and triumphs, and the keys she learned to find true happiness, peace, and beauty from the inside out.
