As digital knowledge workers, we have to manage and learn a lot at the same time. Whether you are a co-founder, agency owner, or freelancer, I am sure you have to -

1. constantly process new information to keep yourself updated
2. manage most (if not all) things in your work/business

This is hard work. 

But we are humans, not robots and we tend to miss out on tasks or schedules. The solution, we believe, is setting up processes - both on personal and team levels. We don’t claim to be experts in this topic. Rather we are sharing our journey. In this podcast, we discuss problems we faced (or are facing) and how to set up processes to solve them.
