Leadership is not a title, Leadership is Responsibility! Most people see Leadership as an opportunity to be recognised, to be applauded, to be on the top, to seat on the high table and sometimes outright worshiped. That outlook unfortunately is the very outlook that makes them terrible leaders. With this idea and outlook they become Tyrants that exploit and take advantage of the people they are meant to be leading. True Leadership is about Serving, "The greatest amongst you shall be the servant of all" True Leadership is about Responsibility, leading from the front, A true Leader says "follow me!" Do as I do, not do as I say. Lastly true Leadership is about results, what are the fruits? The results of your Leadership?Are the people you are leading healthier? More Empowered and Stronger as a result of your Leadership? Are they faring much better? Are there tangible and noticeable improvements as a direct result of your Leadership? If not, then whatever title the so called leader is addressed by, from Chairman, Commander in Chief to King and Goddesses these are all worthless labels if not backed up by the appropriate service, responsibilities, and results! Let your results speak on your behalf as a Leader as only then is your Leadership unquestionable.
