Coach V does a pod/videocast sponsored by Greg Santoro in honor of Bishop Verot Vikings Boys Lacrosse and uses an idea shared by NYS HOF Basketball coach Tom Miller and asks what are you a Carrot, an egg or a coffee bean?  When dropped in boiling water they all change, the carrot becomes soft, the egg becomes hard on the inside and the coffee bean changes the boiling water. Coach V tells stories about adversity in life, the current pandemic situation, and about how this might equate to the team.......When he's done he hopes you ask yourself the question....are you a carrot, an egg or a coffee bean?
