Andy and Acting Detective Steve Smith are back for the first episode of 24 shades of Blue Cold Case Edition. The first episode surrounds Peggy Smith, a 61 year old grandmother, who was visiting her family for a barbeque on a summer evening. On that day, she was struck by a stray bullet from a random shooting aimed at the residence next to her. Two young suspects were caught by a security camera walking towards the neighborhood and fleeing the scene shortly after the incident.
