The host of the Cold Case Series of 24 Shades of Blue Andy O’Brien is joined with Sergent Detective Stephen Smith from Toronto Police’s homicide department, as they discuss the case of Donna Oglive. March 8, 1998, Toronto Police responded to a 911 call at 130 Carlton Street. 24 year old Donna Oglive's injured body was found, she then passed away from her injuries later in a hospital. With DNA evidence left at the scene of the crime the homicide division continue to investigate who committed Donna’s murder.
