<p>Welcome to my very first podcast. You will learn about how &amp; why I decided to create a podcast in the first place, my story, goals, and motivation to being happy. I am a fourth grade teacher in a town outside of Milwaukee, WI. I work for a school that I am SO proud to be part of. I am also making ZERO money for the best job in the world, being a mother!</p>

Episode #2: "How do you avoid burnout?"

As a teacher, I have a career that I devote 50+ hours of time towards. And when I am home, I find myself teaching a whole new set of lessons to my own children. In the process of teaching for the last 12 years, I have come to realize that teachers|mothers judge, compare, and carry so much negativity, when in reality we need to be happy with who we are, and our teacher friends|mommas in our lives. 24 Hour Teaching is my stories on how I find happiness, and can help you find yours, by accepting your excellence. Each podcast will focus on five themes: giving, creating, being healthy, self-serving, and teaching. In each podcast, I will share listener comments|questions, a quote of the day (which has given me inspiration in some way), and interviews with other teacher mommas on how they accept their excellence too.
