Why didn’t anyone warn me about the struggles of subleasing? Yes it’s cheaper but sometimes the price may not be worth the problems. Things you have to question when subleasing - How often do people clean the apartment IF at all?- How often do you all have guests over?- How are we dividing up the groceries and kitchen space?- Do we actually like each other or are we just being cool because we share an apartment? - Is the trash INVISIBLE since we’re all acting like we dont SEE IT ??And much more…🙄Overall it was still a peaceful experience as I'm grateful for the living arrangement. All I can say is just do more research on who and where you’ll be living ESPECIALLY if you find the apartment on Facebook marketplace😂.
