Leadership is perhaps the most difficult fundamental to master. We all are leaders to someone. As parents/coaches we have the greatest ability to demonstrate leadership. Yet, what we've been taught about leadership is all wrong. Navigating the 21st century we have to broaden our concept of leadership into 3 main categories: teamwork, accountability, and significance/impact.
