Each week we take one topic that we are passionate about and dive into it for 20 minutes: leadership, hustle, customer experience, building strong teams... We are James Mayhew and Matt Phippen and we first connected over bicycles and beer. It's our desire to make a difference in the lives of others by sharing stories, experiences and lessons we’ve learned.
