20TIMinutes interviews therapist and personal trainer Jenna Overbaugh, LPC! Jenna is a licensed therapist in the state of Wisconsin and haw been working with individuals, families, and children since 2008. She uses ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) and other Cognitive Behavioral Therapy methods/interventions to help individuals, families, children, and adolescents reach their full potential.

Jenna's passionate about helping you remember and know how strong you truly are. Her goal is to provide you all the research, guidance, and resources you need to help you feel empowered, bold, and back in the driver's seat of your life! As an OCD/anxiety therapist she loves helping people face their fear and build self-confidence. Jenna values educating her clients by giving them the tools they need to manage their recovery independently.

Jenna has worked in residential, intensive outpatient, and virtual settings and learned from some of the experts in the field. She also received specialized training in OCD and ERP through nOCD
