As a health strategist and convener, Clark County Public Health has reframed its strategy for supporting vulnerable children and families and forged close relationships with faith-based organizations, public schools, and a mix of health, housing and social service providers. This rich network of engaged stakeholder has established effective channels of communication and trust that has developed over time which has created space for unique partnerships that can rapidly respond to community crisis as well as meet needs for children and families in ways that work and make a difference.
