Dr. Tal Rotman is a Partner and Chair of Alternative Dispute Resolution in Pearl Cohen, a prominent law firm in Israel. He has extensive experience in mediating and litigating stakeholders’ disputes in startup companies. Previously, Tal was a consultant at the New York office of McKinsey and Company, taught at Tel Aviv University School of Law, and clerked for the Israeli Supreme Court. He holds a Ph.D. in law, M.A. in Psychology (summa cum laude), LL.M in Commercial law (summa cum laude), LL.B., and B.A. in Accounting (both magna cum laude) from Tel Aviv University. He also earned LL.M. in Corporate Law from New York University, where he was a Hauser Scholar.
