Pete Sickle is a co-founder and the CEO of the Tel Aviv Heat, Israel’s first professional rugby team that was formed in 2021 upon winning an invitation to join the newly formed Rugby Europe Super Cup. Pete draws upon experience in business development in Israeli tech startups along with coaching positions with the Israeli national team, Dartmouth College, and Harvard Business School. A graduate of Harvard Kennedy School, Pete previously served in the U.S. State Department in Bosnia Dan Washington, DC and taught international relations at George Washington University, William & Mary, and St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
