Gad Allon is the Jeffrey A. Keswin Professor and Professor of Operations, Information and Decisions, and the director of the Management and Technology Program at the University of Pennsylvania. He is an award-winning educator, teaching courses on scaling technology ventures and operations strategy. Gad’s recent research primarily considers gig workers, quick decision-making, and the communication between firms and customers. He is the co-founder of ForClass, helping professors drive higher student engagement and accountability in the classroom.
