In my 12+ year journey through healing, I have found that being able to share what works or has worked can sometimes help others find new paths to healing.  Never underestimate the power of planting a seed. After all, no 2 healing journeys look the same, and you need a whole lot of skills to battle the demons we carry in our own heads.
