We all worry. Some of us Overthink. Are you an overthinker? Do you have anxious worried thoughts and do they sometimes seem to just carry you away?
I was an overthinker. Sometimes I still have to stop my thoughts from running away with me. In this Cauldron I talk about Worry Postponement.
I also give 2 questions to ask yourself, to separate the unimportant worry thoughts from the genuine concerns that should be focused on.
