Hello Friends,
Do you know what it takes to develop a New Habit? While I am picking up new behaviors all the time but rarely they turn into habits, why is that?
Well in order to make a behavior a habit it takes more than 2 months of repeatedly doing the behavior.
I have just started jogging and every morning I try and talk myself out of it. Why?
Well, it is not a habit yet...that takes time to develop.
Remember, to make change in your life you have to act. I will continue to strap shoes on my feet despite my brain coming up with excuses.
Lets see if I can develop this habit.
*my area was affected by Hurricane Idalia so I did not run Wednesday 8/30 due to the Tornado Warning in Effect and the rains making soft mud. However 8/31 I got back to it and jogged my 2 blocks.
