I woke up this day with a very big headache and as I treated myself for the pain, I saw the differences in myself, pre-trauma/post-trauma.
I have come a long way in my ability to show compassion to myself,

In my video I mention a Cephaly unit. This device is a specially made tens unit designed to restart your nervous system via the Occipital Nerve. My Cephaly was prescribed to me by the VA, however I have been trying to get a replacement and the VA I go to now, does not prescribe these so I will have some work ahead of me.
