Just a quick intro of what I'll be basically trying to do. And it wont take no time at all.

Yo!! This is B.J. your favorite podcast DJ and we're going to go ahead and switch it up and deviate from the original plan of what I was going to do and cut everything down to 2 minutes. I'm just not sure that we have a lot of time and I want to get everything that I got out to you guys as quick as I can. each episode will be 2 minutes and each episode will still be directed to the unification of Mind Body and Soul.
