We are now in the fourth Gospel, John. "The apostle John wrote in a more reflective style than the other Gospel writers. He highlights seven miracles that pointed to Jesus’ power as the Son of God. The writer also reveals Jesus’ as a human being who experiences fatigue and hunger, sadness and joy, anger and love." (from the introduction of John NIV).
