Stretching is not always the solution to office syndrome and can lead to more long-term pain. The key to preventing office syndrome is to manage stress, as stress can lead to other areas of pain, decreased productivity, poor decisions, and poor health choices. Being in an empowered state with healthy habits is important to prevent pain caused by stress.
