We sat down with an old friend Olivia, Registered Massage Therapist and Fitness Competitor. This conversation gave birth to this new series. The original intent was to speak about her journey into fitness, but it quickly turned into a candid conversation about her life- work, fitness, marriage, life, death, and becoming self aware. We dedicate this remastered release to Olivia's mother. The week after we recorded this episode Olivia found out that her mother pasted away 11 months earlier without her knowledge.
