We sit down with Ryan, a New York City resident and member of the queer community, to discuss what it means to be intimidating, how feminists and LGBTQIA+ individuals can unite to enact change, and reflect on the joy and progress of Pride Month. Ryan offers a unique perspective on topics such as Drag Show etiquette, the privilege that white gay men have, feminist icons that shaped his view of the world, as well as a profound take on the COVID-19 pandemic and its parallels to other challenges that the queer community has faced.
