Season Finale right here! The Rainbow Paradise Cocktail is a layered drink that you may think is too challenging for these girls - well you may be right. Melody and Bugbee wanted to include a fun, rainbow drink for PRIDE month but what they lack in timing and presentation they make up for in enthusiasm and hilarity. Rainbow Paradise Cocktail Recipe:

• 1oz Grenadine
  
• 1 Cup Crushed Ice
  
• 4oz Pineapple Juice
  
• 2oz Coconut Rum
  
• 1oz Water
  
• 1/2 oz Blue Curacao ... or maybe Hypnotic ...
  
• Orange Slice ( For Garnish)
  

Preparation (According to the IBA):

Add grenadine to a 12-oz Hurricane glass then fill with crushed ice. Combine pineapple juice and coconut rum in a measuring cup; slowly pour mixture over ice in glass. Combine water and blue curacao and slowly pour over pineapple-rum layer. Garnish with an orange slice.
