Mojito Recipe:

 <li>1 ½ oz White Rum or Vodka 
</li>
 <li>1oz Lime Juice 
</li>
 <li>2 TSP Sugar 
</li>
 <li>6 Leaves Fresh Mint 
</li>
 <li>Soda Water 
</li>
</ul>
Preparation (According to the IBA):
Muddle mint leaves with sugar and lime juice. Add a splash of soda water and fill the glass with cracked ice. Pour rum and top with soda water. Garnish with sprig of mint leaves and lemon slice. Serve with straw.
