Brucknasty and Kanyeezy were able to get some time from one of the world elite fighters, Jose "Shorty" Torres!

They discussed life as fighter in the UFC and other organizations. they dove in to the life of a fighter, such as the difficulties and challenges, ups and downs, and how age begins to affect the longevity of fighters. Torres explains the importance of resting and how to so many strikes start to have long term affects. Jose discusses his last fight and mental warfare that goes into the fight itself. Jose was an amazing guest and was truly wonderful to have! There are already plans in place to have a future podcast put together as well!
