Jesus answers their fears.John 14:12-13 "Truly I tell you, the one who believes in me will also do the works that I do. And he will do even greater works than these, because I am going to the Father. Whatever you ask in my name, I will do it so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.”2. He commands them to put their faith in action.John 14: 14-15 “If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it. If you love me, you will keep my commands.”3. I will send you help.John 14: 16-17 “And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counselor to be with you forever. He is the Spirit of truth. The world is unable to receive him because it doesn't see him or know him. But you do know him, because he remains with you and will be in you.”Next Steps I will seek God when I’m overcome with fear I need assurance through the Holy Spirit. I will put my faith in action.
