Luis finished 4th in the 5000m this year at the World Champs in a highly competitive race and on this episode of 2BR he shares all of his feelings on the rave. Grijalva also described his 3 week long experience alone in Europe on the Diamond League circuit where he realized the importance of taking care of his mental health.
