The "1st and Goal Podcast" deals with the social emotional and mental well being of athletics.  The focus of our podcast is to promote self care with a emphasis on mental and emotional stability.  We will dive into the minds of athletes and coaches ranging from high school to professionals.  The goal is to training the mind as well as the body to maximize performance on the field and in life.
