Crikey, what a mad few days...

We start with a panel discussion where Rhys, Ian and Ed wax lyrical about County's 4-0 demolition of Doncaster in the August sunshine. We heap praise on Will Evans, Aaron Wildig and Ryan Delaney, and ask whether we need to raise our pre-season expectations... We are then brough crashing back down to earth by a Crewe audio diary from listener Dan Williams as County ship four goals including two to former captain Mickey Demetriou.

And then, as if we weren't already spoiling you enough with #GreatContent, we belatedly feature an interview with the co-owners of Newport City FC to talk about grassroots football in Gwent, relations between City and County, and why Exiles should try to take in a game at Spytty Park this season if we can.
