About Shira Myrow

Shira Myrow is a mindfulness-based psychotherapist with a private practice in Santa Monica. With advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method, she specializes in treating individuals and couples struggling with intimacy and attachment issues and works with adult children of severely mentally ill parents as well.

Shira is a contributor for multiple publications including Goop. She has presented at the TED Women Leadership Conference, Ted X and created curriculum and meditations for Evenflow Meditation. Shira recently launched a new podcast for parenting teens called Raising Gen Z.
