Lilly serves as the Associate Professor of Biblical Counseling at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. She is a member of the BCC Council and has contributed to Trained in the Fear of God as well as other books and journals. Lilly is a certified counselor with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors and a member of the Evangelical Theological Society. Prior to biblical counseling, she worked as an organizational consultant in the Washington, D.C. area.
