We all make excuses, but if we don’t keep our word to ourselves, no one else will. When faced with a difficult challenge, it’s easy to slack when no one else is watching. In order to be successful in any aspect of life (work, health, relationships, etc.) we must be willing to take ownership of our actions and pull ourselves from the pit.
