ChipMonk is a specialty baking business that focuses on creating low-carb, no added sugar desserts. Their mission, which stems from our co-founder's experience reversing and controlling his Type II diabetes with a low carb diet, is to empower people through mindful nutrition. They use gluten free ingredients, nut-based flours, and sweeteners with low glycemic impact (friendly for diabetics). Our products are perfect anyone trying to cut sugar out of their life. They can be enjoyed as a coffee companion at breakfast, a mid-day snack without the sugar crash, or a sweet indulgence to reward yourself at the end of a long day.
