Matt has partnered with a renowned chef to turn king oyster mushrooms into a delicious jerky that anyone can enjoy from vegans to meat-eaters alike.

He has built his entire company virtually since 2019 from a laptop in Hawaii, raised several hundred thousand dollars on Republic.Co crowdfunding site, and is now riding the wave of plant-based jerkies that are hitting the markets.

On top of this, all sales have been generated online and they are currently not in stores.
