Lori's approach to creating her product is admirable. There are no fillers, preservatives, chemicals, oils, or gums in this product. There's no carageenan, and the list continues on and on about how they compare to other mainstream ice creams. Did we mention that they use a 100% sustainable milk supply chain right here in Canada?
