Luke worked for Monterrey Provision Company, Inc. - now KeHE Distributors, a retail food product distributor - for 20 years, during which time the company experienced continual innovation and nationwide market expansion.

He bought Monterrey in 2008 after working his way up from the accounting department to General Manager and achieving industry-leading growth, revenues, competitive position, profitability, and valuation. In just eight years, he increased revenue from $32 million to almost $250 million!

He is now the CEO of VDriven Consultants. VDriven is a consulting firm that he founded to take advantage of my extensive business experience.

He works with firms in a variety of industries, including retail, grocery, and consumer packaged goods, to introduce new products.
